Additional Terms:

Within seventy-two (72) hours of the date of this sale, the Purchaser must have the puppy/dog checked by an examining licensed veterinarian for health issues in order to invoke the two year Health Guarantee. Without this check up, the two year Health Guarantee is null and void. Playful Lab Paws reserves the right to require a second opinion from a licensed veterinarian of its choosing at the Purchaser’s expense before the said puppy/dog is to be returned to Playful Lab Paws. If a life threatening health problem is diagnosed, Playful Lab Paws or its owners, Kim Bollen and/or Harold Bollen agree to regain ownership of the said puppy/dog for a full refund of the original cost of the puppy/dog only, or pay for veterinarian fees and services provided to the puppy/dog up to the original cost of the puppy/dog only. If no illness of the puppy/dog as claimed by the Purchaser is found, then the Purchaser must pay for all veterinarian fees and services. If the puppy/dog should die, a necropsy will be required, at the Purchaser’s expense, to determine the cause of death. A representative of Playful Lab Paws will then determine whether the cost of the puppy/dog or payment for veterinarian expenses is due to be refunded. Playful Lab Paws is not responsible for any illness not covered in the two year Health Guarantee of said puppy after the first three (3) business days of the date of the purchase.

The seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises; landlord’s disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family, or for any reason, other than stated. The Purchaser(s) agree(s) not to sell or give said dog to any pet shop, pet farm, or similar institution.

This agreement is made for our mutual benefit to protect the Purchaser, the Seller and the puppy/dog.
